This year, for the first time ever, Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) has teamed up with The Honorable Byron Amos (Councilmember, District 3) and The Honorable Natalie Hall (Fulton County Commissioner) to host the 2023 Community Health & Resource Fair.

The Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) announced today that Dr. Joyce Dorsey, President and Chief Executive Officer, retired at the end of 2022. The Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Dr. Howard Winslow Grant to succeed Dorsey as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2023, at which time he became only the second President and CEO in the history of the organization.
