In honor of National Diabetes Awareness Month, the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) is partnering with Emory Global Diabetes Research Center & Morehouse School of Medicine/PRC to host a Diabetes Health Fair on November 18, 2023. Join us for free health screenings and resources, turkey giveaways, food trucks, and a chance to win a new bike. FACAA will also be providing information on how to sign up for utility assistance when registration begins and what documents are needed.
