Because of the need to demonstrate program effectiveness, it was determined that persons seeking services may be required to provide proof of address, income and identification for member in the household. Financial assistance is strictly tied into the need to maintain much needed help. persons must agree to and participate in financial classes prior to consideration being given for assistance.
